At PottedHistory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
