These ceramic fire pots were a deadly weapon used in ancient naval warfare. Filled with flammable materials, they were launched onto enemy ships using a sling, shattering on impact and spilling their burning contents across the wooden decks—causing chaos and destruction.

This museum-quality replica has been filled with sand for safety and is not flammable. It is intended for decorative purposes only.
